My abs keeps kicking in at low speeds under general braking. Normally when approaching junctions. It never kicks in at higher speeds under hard breaking, it all works absolutly fine except at very low speeds. Anyone know whats wrong?

Does the ASC/DSC light come on when the anti-lock kicks in? Has regular maintenance been performed on the brakes? Are the wheels and tires correct for the car and are they BMW wheels?

They are the standard bmw 18" wheels and standard tyres, the car goes to bmw for its servicing when due. The abs light is on all the time. Its at a garage at the moment, they have had it nearly a month and still not fixed it. Wish I took it to bmw, would have got it back in 2 days! Many thanks
