1998 BMW 740 smog check

I am having some problem with smog check on this car. This car is running great, but it failed the first time. What do I need to do pass smog test?
Catalyst covrerter was replaced 2 years ago.
Let me know.

You did not state why it failed. If the visual passed then it probabaly needs both precat 02 sensors replaced.
