How do you remove ignition switch on a bmw 735i

Steering Lock/Ignition Switch, Removing and Installing :

*Disconnect minus lead at battery.
*Remove and install trim lower section. See: Body and Frame Interior Moulding / Trim Trim Panel Service and Repair

*Unscrew stud screw and pull out ignition switch.

Installation Note !

*Turn back ignition key all the way.
*Position ignition switch at 0.
*Note mark and install ignition switch in this position.

*Loosen wire straps.
*Disconnect single plug.
*Pull off central plug and remove ignition switch.
