Sway bar replacement instructions please?

I have had this vehicle for 1 year, it started making a growling noise after a front brake job that BMW performed. After taking it back several times they are now telling me that the sway bar needs replacement?

This has an active suspension and I attached the procedure below for the replacement for you. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
