Removal of the instrument cluster requires dropping the under dash in the drivers footwell to access two thumb screws that hold on the plastic panel just below the cluster, then remove the phillips screws that retain the plastic surround and then two screws holding the cluster in. A speedo repair shop can help you with this repair. Repost if you need more help
