Do you mean the transfer case? What is it that has you think it is broken? Have you searched the salvage yards? How about Realoem. Com

Well I was hit from rear, from someone who was not insured and my insurance will not cover it because they stated it is normal wear and tear, I have some play on that axle that you can turn about a 1/4 turn which it should not have no play init. When I drive and put the gas to it I feel a vibration that feels like mmy tires need balancing or a knot in my tire.

You might want to rule out the tires/suspension as contributing to the issue before spending money on a transfer case. I have personally been stuck with the tab once or twice when I was wrong with the diagnostic, dont let it happen to you. How can being hit from the rear be normal wear and tear?

I think it might be time to speak with an attorney about this issue.
