My car wheel is making a wah wah wah noise at low speeds. When I accelerate the noise fades. What could this be?

Lorrieb you need to be realistic. I cannot tell what the noise is from cyberspace. Please attempt to describe the noise, where it is coming from, what it is like, when it started. Please and Thank You
