RADIATOR HOSE BUSTED I PULLED ASIDE REPLACED RADIATOR HOSE, NOW CAR UNABLE START NO SIGNS OF BROKEN HEAD GASKET, DOES THIS CAR HAVE SOME KIND OF RESET?

No reset but you might have gotten coolant into something. Is there fuel and spark? Check for proper fuel pressure and correct spark.
