Hi..the driver's side seat heater used to be divine but now, on the lowest setting, is literally so hot I've gotten a second degree, small blister burn through my jeans onto my thigh. Ouch!

What should it cost to fix this?
Is it something I can fix myself?
Where is a good place to get replacement parts that are NOT from the dealer?

Thank you!!

It sounds like the temperature regulation is not working. The seat heating element needs replacement as that is where the feed back sensor is located. Try Realoem.com for the part and if you have tools and the time and a pair of hog-ring pliers then you could take on this repair, keep in touch and we will get it fixed.
