I know that this trans is supposed to have life time fluid but I don't believe this to be true. How does on add the fluid or check the fluid level? I cant even find the dip stick.

There is no dipstick. The fluid is checked with the engine running, there is a filling port on the right side of the body of the tranny, it should have fluid just at the level of the plug, if not add some, also the transmission fluid should be between 30 to 50 c. I agree with the fluid and filter replacement at 100k, be aware though, the fluid is unique to those transmissions
