2001 BMW 318 Need to keep it as brand new

Dears, I love this 318i Model Yr 2001 car alot & is not intending to change it, however I need your advise what should I change or maintain in order to keep it as brand new, note that I change the oil (Mobil 1) every 10000KM max with the oil filter & also change the Fuel, Air, A/c filters each 30000KM.
it is equiped with 16inch rims instead of its origional 15inch ones, with Continental sport contact 2 tires, I also changed the Air Mas meter when the car hit the 130000km (81000 mile), the 4 disks, chnaged the siclon & its pipes.
