Blown fuses at ignition

The ecm /02 sensor/and flasher light fuses blow instantly on ignition. I am pretty sure it will not start with out the pcm fuse in place. But could I try leaving out the other two and leave the ecm fuse in alone and see if it blows? And just keep going if the second one say the o2 sensor fuse does not blow. Then I should stop and back probe the fuse to the flasher switch.

check for a short in system it may be a wire that has rubbed bare or the O2 sensor may be causing it.

Thank you. I went through the wiring harness, did not find any thing at all. I am going to show my little brother how to use a multi meter today I will start by checking the 02 sensor new cads were recently installed.

My bet is the o2 sensor they have a history of shorting out.
