I have no heat on any setting. It is about to be December in MI and my wife has MS. I have power to the blower motor resistor, but not to the motor itself. All fuses and relays test good, I was ready to hard wire the blower for the winter, but I am not electrically proficient when it comes to cars. Someone ease help?

There is no power at all coming from the resister. It only supplies the ground side of the circuit. You are seeing power because you are reading it through the blower. It receives constant power. If you unplugged the blower motor while testing, you would not see that.

Your issue is either the blower switch or the resister, probably the resister but it would require testing for the ground signal arriving at the resister at various speeds.
