The blower motor switch has 5 on positions and it only work in it's highest position. Positions 1, 2, 3 and 4 don't work at all; only position 5 works. All fuses and relays have been checked and no problems was found. The problem started after the engine compartment was pressure washed. Immediately after washing the horn started blowing and wouldn't stop. The relay was replaced and the horn stopped blowing. Thank you for your time and help.
