Battery issues

Okay, so my truck sat for about a week. I went out to start it and it was dead.
Boosted with no issue. So I figured battery so I pull the battery and get it serviced, now as soon as I connect the positive and negative I get a noise coming from near the master brake cylinder and it does not stop. I am completely lost on what is going on.

Can you post a picture or video of what you hear so I can hear it and continue to help?

Sounds like the internal relay in the ABS module may be stuck. Try pulling fuses 16, 44, 45 and see if it still does it.
