Batter terminal wrong connection

Sir.I have a maruti gypsy I was connected the battery terminal wrong it fires. Then I was quickly remove the battery. Can it harm any equipment

Yes, it certainly can. It can do a lot of damage to control modules and other electronics. Test all your fuses, including the large maxi-fuses and any fusible links.
