Damaged axle

Is it possible that my axle got damaged when I got my TCC solenoid changed from the guy that did the work? Because he pulled it out and before the car would move now it is not doing anything.

Good evening.

Yes, very possible.

He may not have seated the axle back in the transmission. If he did not, it will not move.

There is a snap ring on the end of the axle that must seat into a groove in the transmission. If it does not, the axle end will slide out.

Also, fluid was lost in that repair. If he did not add the correct amount of fluid, it will not move.

With the wheels in the air I spin fine and the other spin also, but on ground they do not move when in gear.

Did you check the fluid?

Can you post a picture of the inner joint of the axle?

The axle is fine now. I wonder if my torque converter has gone bad.

If your fluid is good and the axle in and seated, then yes, either the front pump or the converter has failed.
