Vacuum actuator location hub lockout location?

The transfer case engages but the hubs will not engage. How do I troubleshoot the vacuum solenoid to the hubs? I replaced the transfer case solenoid and is operating properly. Need to replace the hub vacuum hoses at the hubs. The truck has ABS system. If found bad how do I change the solenoid?

I am attaching the testing that is needed to test these and the replacement process. Most of the time you have a vacuum leak so when using the pump is it does not engage the hubs then the lines are normally cracked.

Run through this material and let me know what questions you have.
