Changed out transmission solenoid pack, got all back together added fluid. When I went to start truck it would not turn over. All dash lights came on batter fully charged but would engage starter. What could be the problem?

Assuming it is related to what was done, the only thing that would make sense would be the range sensor. This tells the PCM what position the shifter is in. It will only allow it to crank the engine if it is in Park or Neutral.

I would just go and make sure it is plugged in and locked. If this is not it then we are going to need to check for codes to see what it is telling us. There should be a code that will give us an idea.
