Help please! I am pulling 14 codes and here they are in order. 16815, 19759, 17535, 16684, 16688, 16490, 16486, 17537, 17544, 17546 16685, 16687, 16689, and 16890. I (kinda) know what they all individually mean, but not being a mechanic, I don't know what is causing them. Any help is greatly appreciated!

16815=P0431=Primary converter Bank 2 too inefficient.
16486=P0102=Mass air flow sensor -G70- signal too low.
16490= not found.
16684=P0300= misfire detected.
16688=P0304=Misfire cyl #4.
16685,686,687,690 are all misfires all cyls.
17535=P1127= Long term fuel trim too rich Bank 1 check for vacuum leaks
17537=P1129= Longterm fuel trim bank 2 too rich. Check upstrem 02 sensor, not switching.
17544=P1136= Long term fuel trim bank 1 too lean check vacuum leaks.
17546=P1138= Long term fuel trim bank 2 too lean, see above. Next time you test it, try with a generic reader, normal codes will display.
