Sticky radio buttons

Driving home from after eating some late night mexican food, I spilled horchata on my dashboard, and now a few of the radio and climate control buttons are sticky, some impossible to depress. Anyone know of any remedies to get these buttons unstuck?

There is a product called contact oil from WURTH. Maybe a little mineral oil would do the trick, it certainly wouldn't hurt the plastic or the electronics.
