2005 Audi A4 2005 Audi A4 3.2 Quattro Check Engine Light is

This is the newer body model of 2006, but year 2005. I ran the codes and got P2006 and p2007 errors. I checked the vacuum and I don't see any leaks. The pressure is only 10 mm/Hg instead of 18 mm/Hg though, but I don't know why. I changed the pcv crankshift valve, but the light keeps coming back on. Also, the solenoid seems to be working, I checked it on the computer. Please HELP. I have run out of ideas.

P2006 = Intake manifold flap for air stream regulation, Bank 1 stuck closed.

P2007 = Intake manifold flap for air stream regulation, Bank 2 stuck closed.
