Anti theft alarm will not go off/power windows do not work

Had moon-roof leak real bad thought we patched her up, turns out we didn’t. Also instrument cluster lights are delayed besides the check engine? Replaced BCM's replace fuses, relays, fusible link, circuit breaks and check wiring along with no windows door locks are wonky. Hazards are stuck and horn is stuck along with theft light on dash in a solid state (not flashing). Pulled carpets and replaced key lock and switch. What am I missing?

Hello,

With a water damage situation its best to do a CAN scan to see what come up. Lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair. you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how. It sounds like the dash integration module has gone out. the scan will tell us for sure.

On the video you don't need a subscription like the video says we are updating it now. Here is the location of the module. I would check it for water damage and clean the electrical connectors.

Dash Integration Module under right side of dash, above right closeout/insulator panel.
