I Have A 94 Mercury Tracer That Blows Blue/Clear Smoke After Starting The Car And It Also Tends To Drag Untill I Get The Speed Over 40mph. What Seems To Be The Cause OF These Problems?

Could be an engine problem due to loss of compression/Fuel and Ignition system not up to par.

Its probably eating gas like water huh!

Start by checking the dry and wet compression on it and comeback with the results-this will tell me whether you'll need a rebuilding process or a long block to get this horse back in trail, your choice.
