Fuel too rich

How do I solve this problem? To me it seems like some sort of censor issue, the codes are P0175 and P0172, says the fuel system for both banks are too rich.

I sure would appreciate a point in the right direction, I'd like to try to do this myself.

Check the fuel pressure regulator by pulling the vacuum hose off and see if there is gas in the line if not check the mass air flow sensor. These to parts will give you a too rich condition if faulty.
