98 T&C transmission leak

My daughter's 98 Town & Country is loosing transmission fluid. The pattern on the driveway is small drops scattered in a 3 x 3 ft area. The leak started after we had the radiator replaced. Is there a hose or connection we should check? What other posibilities are should we check?

I believe the leak is probably coming from the part of the radiator where the transmission lines hook to. The radiator should have its own port for the transmission fluid to flow through. I would check to make sure that the transmission lines going to the radiator are not loose and properly connected to the radiator. Take it back to where you got the repairs done and have them check it if you'd like. Good luck :)
