I have a 1998 Park Ave. Ultra w/213,000 miles. In the
past few days it suddenly will just quit on me while I'm driving, almost as if you shut off the car. I've checked the control module, the EGR valve, and replaced spark plugs. Any idea what might be causing this sudden shut down? Could it be a bad ignition switch?

I'm a little vague here, but I'd check the ignition coil and battery grounds...
