98 Grand Am GT SKIPPING ECT.

My 98 grand am gt is skipping and sounds as if it is sucking up air. I changed tha fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs\boots, cleaned the egr and iac. It wasn't doing all this at first. It has gotton worse since the fuel filter was changed. Now it skips when I'm just sitting still and tries to cut off when I give it gas. But if I turn it off and then right back on it stops bogging dwn. But still skips at stand still. I found some what of a vac. Leak fixed and still running bad. I don't know what to do sometimes when I try to pull out to the road when I give it gas it boggs really bad I have to turn it off and bck on just to get to pick up and go be 4 I get hit by a car it is getting really dangerous. Please help, Please. Thanks. I am going to go over vac. Lines again and reclean iac \ egr any pointers will help. Thanks again.
