760li enginge has knocking noise

The 760li E65, N73engine, 31000km, the engine has a clearly knocking noise like "kua kua kua " when we turn the steering lock location. Check the car by GT--1, no fault memory. Clean the carbon in the intake manifold, still noise. Any ideas?Thanks.

I don't look in on this group often but I need more info. Is it an engine noise or some kind of steering noise? If it's a knock from the motor, you may have over reved the damn thing. If so the noise will speed up with the engine being reved. In this case you may have a bad wrist pin on a piston! If it's under warrantee take it in A.S.A.P! Don't tell them about the Race!
