1999 S-10 2.2L shaking/vibration

I have a 1999 s-10 with just over 100,000 miles. Recently, whenever I am pressing the gas and travelling between 20-25 mph and 35-40 mph I get an odd vibration through the cab of the truck and in the steering wheel. The vibration is severe enough to cause rattles all throughout the interior. This doesn't occur if I am coasting or braking through these speeds, however. Any suggestions?

First thing I would check, is all your tires for proper pressures, then the condition of them. Then of course, get them rebalanced or just have them check the balance on all 4 tires. Most if not all tire shops can do this for you. If that all checks out, you may want to have your motor mounts / trani mounts looked at for condition. But I would start at the tires first. Good luck.
