I have a 97 neon that will turnover but will not start up. I
have replaced the cam shaft sensor, the computer twice,
checked the crankshaft sensor and all fuses. The coil pack ohmmed out good. What else is there that I have overlooked.

Check the plugs and wires to start, also check fuel rail for gas pressure. With what you have said, I think the issue is spark or fuel. Let us know how this turns out

Timing belt issue? If it cranks faster than is normally seemed to, I'd pull the cover back enough to see if the belt is turning.
