This car has a 3.4 and runs awesome in summer. 2 years ago it started to rev high in the winter time. The car has a govner on it so at least it doesn't rev over 28oo RPM. It takes abou 10 min. Before it will sttle down and idol great. Now it is getting worse and will not idol under 2000 RPM even after warm. I have changed all ! Sensors plus computer when it went bad. Catalytic Converter is also new. I was told once to get an O2 bypass but that is only for 1996 and newer. Hope someone can help, this has been driving me crazy now for 2 years with no great outcome. I need it fixed before it blows up.

You can check the injector see if it looks like its dumping fuel into the throttle body

Triple check for vacuum leaks. Did you replace the coolant sensor?
