1992 MX3 1.6l idle problem

I have a 92 mx3 with 120k miles. After the car has warmed up the idle will start to flux from 1000and down it almost gets to the point where I think it might actually stall. Ihave made a few mods on the vehicle with cold air and exhaust. Any one have idea how to fix problem

You know I have mazda 626 2.2L and Rpm fluctuate as well. I dont know why it does that but I also had a Nissan pickup with a 4 banger and it would do the same thing. For no reason it would just shoot up to about 3000 rpm and then come down. Good luck!
