I have a 92 Grand Am, 6 Cylinder that has an intermitten idle. By this, I mean the engine revs up, the back down causing it to almost stall, and sometimes stall it out. I've done full tune-up on it, reset timing, replaced oxygen sensor and was checking into the MAP sensor, Knock sensor or IAC valve. Any ideas of where to start?

Or could it be the Throttle Position Sensor?

First clean as far in to the throttle chamber as you can. Then remove iac valve and clean it's port. If idle remains the same I would start with the iac valve because you said it happens when you are at idle.
