1991 Suzuki Samairi, The 2 wires to ignition coil. One is

One wire is showing hot r lites test light. The other nothing.I have no fire at coil wire to distributor. None to plugs. No fuel pump sounds from tank. New computer 500.00 new coil. Rotory button. New igniter in distributor. Motor turns over good. Plenty compression. What wire is common to be bad r what other part can be checked and how. Car is in prefect timing. No fire and no spark. How can I check ignition switch and which wires at computer ecm should be hot at all times and which only comes hot with switch. Does not have new distributor. But seems ok. Not sure how to check for volts r ohms. R which wires. Can hardly find any parts locally to check with
