About a month ago, I was driving and some how my driverside axel slid out of the differential. So the car wouldnt engage in gear. I had Mr. Transmission look at it (I didnt know the axel slid out), and they charged me $133 to basically just slide it back in and refill the fluids. The car drove pretty okay for about 2 weeks, then the same axel sheered. So about 3-5 inch piece of the axel is broke off inside the differential. I was hoping that there was a way to remove it, without having the transmission dropped. The car is a FWD, is there away you can pull it out or push it through from the other side.

your help would be appreciated.

I would look first at a possible issue to be taken up with that Mr. Transmission tech. An axle should never just "slide out" of the differential arbitrarily. And for them to just slip it back in and refill your fluids is IMO bad business.
