04 4.7 in a 1500 4x4 is this enough eng to tow

Hello,looking at one,I have a 98 1500 2WL 5.9,towing 3200lb boat and trl loaded and 4 people.It does a great job.Really liking the rear doors on the 04,for two of the people,the lab and the golden.What could I expect in performance loss?

I suspect a good bit depending on the road. With that weight about 25%-40% as well as fuel mileage. Good luck
