After losing my keys, I had the dealer make new keys from vin. I then accidentally tripped the theft deterrent alarm, only to discover the round door key did not turn either door's lock! I can't drive my car until I can get it to "shut up, " Can I temporarily unplug the horns, or will driving it initiate a shut down? Expense is a critical factor just now. Can't donate until my paycheck posts in about 4 days. Thanks very much. BC

What size engine do you have?

Also, you can disconnect the horn, however sometime the theft system may demobilize your engine. You could try disconnecting the battery and see if this works
