Alarm lights

Can you get a recording of this? When you say they flicker, do you mean they are blinking just like they do when the alarm is going off?

If so, does the dash indicate anything is happening? Do the turn indicators flash as well?

This sounds like it is a body control module issue. However, I would like to do a little testing on this once we understand the issue a little better.

How often does this happen and how long does it last? 10 minutes or a couple hours?

Yes, I’ll try to get a recording of it if I can and yes sorry they blink like the alarm is going off. It happened yesterday but I can’t tell how often it happens because I’m usually in the house but sometimes I look outside and the lights blink. I’m not sure if the dash says anything and one time I let the lights go until it turns off by itself and that was about a hour and a half. Thanks so much for the reply.

Okay. A video would help but I am pretty sure we are on the same page. I suspect there is an issue with the body computer but we are going to have to test this when it acts up. I think the best thing to do is try and notice when it does it the next few times it does it. Meaning try and see if there is a way to figure out when it is going to do it so we can get ready to test it.
