Air vents defrost

My air vents are stuck on dash air vents. If I try switching the switch to the front or feet vent it will not work. They all just work as dash vents.

Probably the vent driver has failed, often you can hear them click when driving and not working, a scan with a Ford IDS will show motor driver position, I would be expecting to find the driver has failed.
