Air leak /vacuum leak?

It's a motorhome with Ford 460 on Ford E-350 frame. Starts and runs fine until I get it up to about 30 MPH then a loud like pressure relief valve or air leak sound comes from under the mh, somewhere near back side of engine and or near where transmission and engine married together can't really tell but in that general area. It has no air tanks or air brakes at all.

It sounds like you have a clogged exhaust system, does this vehicle have a catalytic converter? If so, this would be the first please I would look, this guide can help:
