2001 Acura RL ECM

My car was diagnosed with a bad ECM by a local acura dealership. I ordered a new one, put it in, but my car won't start, just turns over. Before I put it in, I asked the dealership that I ordered it from if there was anything I needed to do to it before I installed it, and they said no.

any ideas?
