Leased car new and after 2 months, transmission started leaking- would appear to be OK but after being parked, would weep through the hoses.Transmission was replaced by dealer.Within the last 5000 miles, the car sounds as if it is grinding and pulls when you get up to 40-45 mph.Have taken to dealer, service said it was the torque converter, just drive it.this is really annoying in a car like this.Any suggestions?

Hi barbarahart,

Go to the dealer and make your presence felt by talking to the higher authorities.

Tell them you are not going to accept no for an answer.

If they refues, it is time to get to the local tribunals to have a say in it.
