INITIALLY I HAD THE CAR REVING ON WITH CAR NOT ACCELERATING, CHECKED AND WAS TOLD LOW PRESSURE ON GEAR THREE.

GOT THE TRANSMISSION REFURBISHED AND ON ASSEMBLING BACK, CAR WAS RUNING AND SELECTING WELL, BUT GEAR STICK WONT GET INTO GEAR D3, 2, 1 WITH VTM LIGHT ON.

ON BRINGING DOWN AGAIN TO CORRECT THE GEAR STICK SELECTION. THIS WAS DONE AND ON COUPLING BACK ALL GEAR STICK SELECTION WAS NOW OKAY, CAR MOVING ON ALL SELECTION INDIVIDUALLY, BUT CAR SEEMS NOT TO BE SELECTING ON MOTION WITH D5 BLINKING AND ENGINE CHECK ON.

ON DIAGNOSING IS GIVING P1750

PLEASE HELP

Hi yesun10,

Here are the description of the problem and diagnostic procedures.

DTC P1750/46: INTERNAL HYDRAULIC SYSTEM MALFUNCTION

1. Using scan tool, retrieve A/T freeze data. Clear DTCs and road test vehicle under same conditions freeze data was recorded. If DTC returns, go to next step. If DTC does not return, problem is intermittent. Check transaxle and PCM connections.

2. Turn ignition off. Replace A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valve "A"/"B" assembly.

3. Clear DTCs. Road test vehicle at over 12 MPH for several minutes in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th gear. Using scan tool, check for DTC P1750/46. If DTC is not present, malfunction has been repaired. If DTC P1750/46 resets, replace transaxle.
