head on a Acura Integra block now it will not start up all?

I put an Acura Integra lS head on a Acura Integra block now it will not start up all. I hear a continuance noise when i turn the key, click , instead of click click click.

First of all there is no 2004 integra.

And you are going to have to be more specific.

Does the starter crank? Have you tried boosting it? Whats the battery voltage at? Is there battery voltage at the starter? How about the main starter ground from transmission to the chassis?

Let me know what you find.
