Engine Performance problem

I start the engine... The rpm go to 1500rmp for 3 second after is go down to 1200rmp for 1 second and the car shake a lot when the rpm get down .
the only problem I have when the car is hot (750rpm) is when keep rolling with the car and I put the gear on neutral the rpm stop at 1000rpm . when the car was stop completely after 3 second, rpm go down and stay to 750rpm .
