It sounds like one of 3 are bad. 1. Map sensor.2. Egr valve.3. Throttle position sensor.

I have a 1995 acura integra LS 4dr. With 255000 miles and a week ago the water pump blew and then I had to replace it and I also replaced the belts. Then when the mechanic tried to start it it started perfectly but then when he would take the foot of the gas the engine would die. I was thinking it would be the Idle Air Control Valve. Or if it is not that what is another reason it does not work? What do you think? Thank you
