1995 Acura Integra I already change the main relay

1995 Acura Integra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my acura integra will start with no problem and the engine runs really good while running. And I can drive as far as I can without it dying on me. But as soon as I turn it off and go to the store it wont turn on. It turns but doesnt go. I have to wait about an hour to start it again what do you think the problem is. I replace the distrubtion too and battery
