1994 Acura Integra no juice!

Hey, I was recently taking my steering wheel off to put an aftermarket one on my car. The day before doing this I had a shop put a viper alarm in my car also. My problem is that I have no lights, no ignition, no juice anywhere. I do have power coming out of my battery into my engine fuse panel. I also have power from that panel to the main fuse box. I also have power at the ignition switch but nothing coming out of the main fuse panel. I have narrowed it down to a few things that I think it could possibly be. SRS computer shut the car down. A bad ground somewhere. A broken relay. Or a bad fuse box. I have tried testing a ton of wires for the past week and trying a bunch of things but I never find any solutions and its very frustrating. Please help me, I dont like taking my car to dealerships. Thanks
