I have a 1993 civic with a b18c swap. When my car gets to normal opp temperature, the idle is very weak. At times the idle is steady at 700 rpm and at more prominant times the needle almost goes to zero. The car never turns off though. I am wondering what I can do to fix this. I would like the idle to be strong and never go under 700 rpm. Could I fix this just by raising the idle speed on the throttle body?
I have a video of the tachometer during idle problems that I can send you.
Any help would be good.

Thank you

Usually when the car is not warmed up the IAC module adjust the idle higher for the engien to warm up, but when the engine does warm up it brings the idle back down to improve fuel economy. You can use the idle adjust screw on the throttle body to speed it up to your likeing. Clean out the throttle body also.
